How Burnout, A Breathwork Session and A Lot of "Random Jobs" Led Me To Create HORIZON

I was putting in the work !!!
Not into the grind, but into myself.
Each day I spent time on my practices. I felt like they were guiding me, slowly, but steadily, toward the person I actually wanted to be.
I can't remember the exact day I decided I wanted to create something like HORIZON. It was less a single moment and more an accumulation. Thoughts and feelings that had been building for a while.
I'd been talking about wanting to do it long before I actually did it. There was still a voice inside of me asking: am I really capable of this?
Earlier this year I went to Thailand with a group of friends. We went over for a music festival, but for me it ended up being so, so much more than that.
We flew Jetstar, and on the dining menu there's an option called the 'me time combo.' I told the crew: we're using this term for whenever we're good, but just need a bit of alone time to ourselves.
I took MANY me time combos.
Something shifted that I wasn't fully expecting. A deeper level of self belief, self trust and self confidence that I didn't quite know was waiting for me.
The work is still being done. But I'm on a path now where I trust my vision wholeheartedly.
I know that an experience like HORIZON can do for others what my own experiences have done for me.
This didn't come from thinking it was a good business idea. It came from lived experience, from knowing firsthand what it costs to live out of alignment with yourself.
The toll it takes on your body, your mind, your energy. Overriding what your body is telling you. Chasing external validation. Doing work that drains you and wondering why you still feel empty.
HORIZON came from all of that. A compilation of experiences, brought together with a modern twist (and a little bit of Chrissy flair).
Through all of it, I kept wanting to share what I'd found for myself with others.
So, here we are.
It is not a cure.
It is not a promise that four days will fix everything.
It is an invitation.
To step out of the rush, come back to your senses, and remember what it feels like to be fully alive in your own life.
